HOW LONG DOES THE DESIGN PROCESS TAKE?
It depends on how involved the project is, e.g. either a small remodel or entire home build. The design process also typically includes talking with any local zoning and planning officials, design review boards, or homeowners' associations, which can influence the design process timeframe.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PROJECT IS FEASIBLE?
We don’t like to disappoint, and sometimes that means having hard conversations, but it also means getting creative if clients have a wish list that doesn’t entirely align with their budget. By putting in the work upfront, and mapping out project size, desired materials, subcontractors, landscapers, and more, we can decide early on if your project is feasible, and if there are areas in which we need to look at alternative solutions.
CAN YOU WORK WITH MY BUDGET?
Absolutely. We’ve kept our business small for exactly that reason. We don’t believe in hidden costs or fees or driving up project prices. We like to see people end up with their dream home. The budget conversation is an important one that we address early in the project to establish a realistic approach.

Yes! While we do offer in-house home design services, we’re always happy to work with your architect or draftsperson.
